We install and service all our products for the full academic year, making it easy for you every step of the way.
What to do when you’re done with your items
- All items will be picked up by our team after the university-scheduled move out day except for rugs.
- If you have moved rooms or residence halls, please let us know by emailing email@example.com.
- If you need your items removed before the end of the school year, place an order for Early Pick-up for a $50 charge.
- If you need to change rooms during the school year, place an order for “Move Rooms” and we will help move your items.
Cancelling an Order
- To cancel an order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a $25 restocking fee if the order has been placed, but not delivered. If the order has been delivered, there is no refund available.
