How It Works

We offer space-saving solutions based on the functionality of your dorm. By selecting your school and residence hall, you’ll see all the available options that work for your space.


We install and service all our products, making it easy for you every step of the way.


What to do when you’re done with your items

  • All items will be picked up by our team after the university-scheduled move out day except for rugs. 
  • If you have moved rooms or residence halls, please let us know by emailing customerservice@collegiatebedloftcompany.com.
  • If you need your items removed before the end of the school year, place an order for Early Pick-up at no charge.

Changing Rooms

  • If you need to change rooms during the school year, place an order for “Move Rooms” and we will help move your items.

Cancelling an Order

  • To cancel an order, email us at customerservice@collegiatebedloftcompany.com. There is a $25 restocking fee if the order has been placed, but not delivered. If the order has been delivered, there is no refund available.
