Am I guaranteed a loft if I place an order?

No, we have a limited number of lofts. Lofts are issued on a first come first serve basis. We will reserve your loft and confirm with you when we receive your order.

Will my bed and loft look exactly like the ones on your website?

Each university has different types of furniture so your bed and desk might be different. Collegiate Bed Loft Company, Inc. has two different styles of lofts. The one we use depends on the university, type of furniture and availability of lofts.

How much space will I have under my bed?

The space under the bed once the loft is installed is usually 4-5 feet.

When will my loft be installed?

Your loft will be installed before move in day.

Can I get a refund if I don’t want my loft?

No refund will be given once a loft is ordered, because we have a limited number of lofts and once you place an order we reserve one especially for you.

What if I change rooms?

We will move your loft for a $30.00 charge. If you move the loft yourself, YOU MUST NOTIFY Collegiate Bed Loft Company Inc. of the room change. Failure to do so will result in a $400.00 "missing/destroyed" loft charge.

Do you sell lofts?

No, at the present time lofts are only available for lease.

Do I need to notify anyone when I move out at the end of the year?

No, lofts will be picked up after university scheduled move out day.

Do you supply ladders or restraints?

We do not. You can use the steps on the end of the bed and loft as a ladder. If you need a restraint, most home retail stores carry them.
